Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Units
Able to provide rapid deployment across the UK, Hydrotec operates a fleet of Dissolved Air Flotation units to work alongside our other water treatment plant. DAF units are designed to deploy microbubbles from the base of the unit which encourage buoyant solids to float.
Effective at treating light suspended solids, FOG (fats, oils, and greases) and other organic pollutants by decreasing the total suspended solids in wastewater, levels can be reduced by up to 65%.
