Polymer Preparation & Chemical Dosing
Hydrotec’s state-of-the-art polymer preparation and chemical dosing units are able to determine the exact dosing required. Working in coordination with the dewatering units, screw presses or both; out chemical dosing units allow for flocculation and agglomeration of solids, leading to rapid dewatering of your sludges.
Screw Press Technology
Working in coordination with our partners at Mivalt, we operate a fleet of dewatering screw presses capable of handling up to 25m³ of sludge per hour. Perfect for use in industrial, food processing and municipal settings with sludges and slurry wastes. Our screw presses are available through our services, on hire or for sale.
