Hydrotec Industrial Services were recently involved in the removal of water and sludge material from a landmark gasometer in Reading. The removal of water from the sludge material is a part of the demolition process and it will take about two months to complete.
During an 18 month period, Hydrotec Industrial Services successfully completed all industrial cleaning phases of the colossal gasometers located in Provanmill near Glasgow back in Winter 2020.
The iconic gasometers located near Aston Villa FC in Birmingham are set to be demolished in the coming month. Hydrotec Industrial Services have been carrying out the dewater, deoil and desludging phases on all 3 famous gasometers.
